Apache - HTTP Server Project is an effort to develop and maintain an open-source HTTP server software product for various modern desktop and server operating systems. Most popular HTTP Server to be used with PHP.

CSS - (Cascading Style Sheet) languages such as CSS allow style information from several sources to be blended together.

Java - is a programming language expressly designed for use in the distributed environment of the Internet.

JavaScript - a scripting language developed by Netscape and used to create interactive web sites. The language is interpreted by the browser.

LDAP - (lightweight directory access protocol) - is information model is based on the entry, which contains information about some object (e.g., a person). Used with PHP web applications.

MySQL - is the world's most popular Open Source Database, designed for speed, power and precision in mission critical, heavy load use. MySQL is the most popular database to be integrated into PHP web applications.

Open Source - When programmers can read, redistribute, and modify the source code for a piece of software, the software evolves. People improve it, people adapt it, and people fix bugs. And this can happen at a speed that, if one is used to the slow pace of conventional software development, seems astonishing.

PHP - (Hypertext Preprocessor) - is an open-source, server-side scripting language designed for creating dynamic Web applications. Originally know as Personal Home Page language.

PHP/FI - (Personal Home Page / Forms Interpreter) - is the precursor to the more current PHP versions, it included some of the basic functionality of PHP.

XML - (eXtended Markup Language) - is a markup language for documents containing structured information.
